Location & Commute: - Close to Spånga station. - The commuter train (pendeltåg) takes you straight to Stockholm City / Odenplan in just 12-15 minutes. - Buses and supermarkets (Lidl, Coop) are within short walking distance. Landlord Requirements: The landlord (SBS) will review and approve the new tenant. To be eligible, you must meet one of these profiles: 1. Students: Enrolled in a University (Universitet / Högskola) or Vocational Studies (Yrkesutbildning). 2. Youth (Ages 18-27): If working, you must provide an employment contract and your 3 latest payslips.�(Note: The landlord will perform a standard credit check, so no credit stains / betalningsanmärkningar are allowed).
